Zoe Chien is an actor, model, and arts administrator. She received her BFA in Theater from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she trained at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, Playwrights Horizons Theater School, and the Stonestreet Studios for Television and Film. Her work includes theatre, film, television, commercial, print, voiceover, and runway. Zoe is the Associate Director of 3Girls Theatre Company. She is a PlayGround Producing Fellow and company member. 

 

She feels lucky to be in this industry at a time when so much art is being made in response to our social and political climate, and is proud to represent her mixed-race (Taiwanese and Italian-American) community. She is especially inspired by projects that explore identity and celebrate women and traditionally under-represented communities.
